Terms and Conditions.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following “Terms and Conditions”. These Terms and Conditions apply to ALL users of the site.

Our website is upgraded on a regular basis. The content, such as product details and pricing can be changed at any time without notice. The products listed for sale on our site can be unique and are also for sale in our stockists stores, so there is a possibility that products may have been sold to someone else. If you require something made urgently, please get in touch through our Contact page and we’ll try our best to accommodate you request. Our website is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the on-line e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PAYMENT.

By purchasing on this site you confirm that the PayPal account or credit/debit card that you are using is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the PayPal account or credit/debit card issuer. If your payment card will not be authorised we will not be responsible for any delays of your order or non-delivery. Bespoke orders require 50% deposit. The remaining balance will need to be paid before items are collected/shipped. We take all reasonable care to make sure all credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed securely.

RING SIZE.

When order rings online, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. If you have ordered a ring in a wrong size, resizing can be done later but will incurr an extra charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

All earrings (for hygiene reasons), bespoke pieces, items that have been customised to a client’s request and items purchased at a sale price are exempt from any exchange or refund.                       

We sincerely hope that you will love and enjoy our products! However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange goods within fourteen days of purchase providing they are unworn, unmarked and proof of purchase can be produced. Please clearly state the reason for the return. We do not sell used products and will not accept any product back with any indication that it was used. In such case, the product will be returned to the purchaser. Please return the item securely packed in its original packaging using a tracking insured shipping service. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable.                                                                 

Returned as faulty items will be assessed by us and if the item’s damage is deemed to be a direct result of wear and accidental damage this item will not be accepted as faulty. We can offer a full repair service to such items.

Anelia Jewellery cannot accept any responsibility for damage or loss of goods whilst in transit from the customer.

Anelia Jewellery takes care in innovative design and manufacture of all products. The entire content of this website, including all jewellery designs, trademarks, brand names, photographs, logos used by us (whether registered or not) remain the property of Anelia Jewellery. You are not permitted to publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any format the materials on this site without our prior agreement.
